Online Coaching
1 to 1 online coaching will provide you with the freedom to work out when you desire, but the support and guidance to achieve your goals.
Personal training is so much more than someone counting your reps. It is about teaching you the skills needed to reach a goal and maintain those results.

Hey I'm Chris!
I'm the brains, brawn and beauty behind DackAttack (basically it's just me). I am a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, with a passion for helping people.
I am a dad from Norwich with a very realistic approach to fitness. I'm aware that people don't have time to exercise for 2 hours a day, they want to have a few beers with mates at the weekend and they don't want to be eating just chicken and broccoli. I am here to get you results, keep you accountable and show you that you can still live a normal life.

I'm feeling fitter and more confident than ever before
This was by far my toughest client yet!
2 years of tantrums, tears and many headaches (and that’s just from me).
This is my wife (Sarah Dack).
I couldn’t be prouder of what Sarah has achieved over the last 2 years, and has finished off her transformation in the last 28 day challenge.
This transformation is a lot more personal than any other, as I get to see first hand the daily struggles and effort required.
Whilst the overall weight loss is brilliant, and I know it motivates her to continue working hard, I am most proud of her confidence.
Sarah would have never agreed to do this video 2 years ago, or even 6 weeks ago.
Seeing her reach her physical goals, it is amazing to see the mental impact this has on you day to day.
Sarah runs a busy business, is a Supermum to our son and has still made the effort to change her body and mindset.

Dan is a manager at a busy company and has two young kids at home. Spare time is a distant memory, and since those memories the waist line has taken a back seat on the priority list. It was time for Dan to take action and prioritise his health and wellbeing.
