We all live different lives and have varying struggles and obstacles to overcome. Some have busy jobs, other have hectic families and some lucky individuals have both. This is why we all need to take a different and personal approach to fitness. As a personal trainer I hear lots of varying struggles. “I find I eat too much at the weekends” “I find it hard to manage portion sizes” “I find it hard to curb my cravings” “I like to eat chocolate and have a drink with friends” This is why I have created tools and methods to help overcome all of these struggles and I enjoy teaching them to people from all walks of life. I appreciate that you may be nervous or worried about your fitness levels, your starting point or a little bit embarrassed on how you got to this point. That is understandable. We usually avoid things that are tough or things that we are not very good at. It is time for you to take action and take the first steps to achieving incredible results. There are NO prerequisites. You don’t need to be fit, eat nothing but broccoli or have massive arms to come and train at Dackattack. That is the whole point of coming to see a personal trainer. Steve is a busy man, working shifts with a small child at home (and another on the way!). To say that time is limited is a slight understatement. Balancing a demanding job, with family life and a pregnant wife is a fine skill he seems to have mastered (or at least tolerates). Even with these obstacles, Steve has made incredible progress in such a short space of time.

“It has taught me to eat well but I can still eat the things I like to eat”
Steve now has the tools to understand his food intake, make sensible choices whilst eating the foods he enjoys. He now understands his calorie intake, how this impacts his results and which foods will help his progress. These tools are going to be vital moving forward as he makes further progress towards his goals.

With his fitness every improving, he now has more energy to run around after his little girl and at work. The workouts were all carried out at home as I provided all the equipment that was needed. The resistance bands that were used throughout, gave Steve the ability to build/maintain muscle whilst losing as much fat as possible.
