    Search for an app called MyFitnessPal in the App Store or Google Play Store. This is what we are going to use to track your food throughout this challenge.

    Once you have your app downloaded and set up. All you need to do is head to "Settings" - "Diary settings" - "Diary sharing" - Change your settings to "Public".
