I'm feeling fitter and more confident than ever before

This was by far my toughest client yet!

2 years of tantrums, tears and many headaches (and that’s just from me).

This is my wife (Sarah Dack).

I couldn’t be prouder of what Sarah has achieved over the last 2 years, and has finished off her transformation in the last 28 day challenge.

This transformation is a lot more personal than any other, as I get to see first hand the daily struggles and effort required.

Whilst the overall weight loss is brilliant, and I know it motivates her to continue working hard, I am most proud of her confidence.

Sarah would have never agreed to do this video 2 years ago, or even 6 weeks ago.

Seeing her reach her physical goals, it is amazing to see the mental impact this has on you day to day.

Sarah runs a busy business, is a Supermum to our son and has still made the effort to change her body and mindset.

It hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows over those two years, but George and I couldn’t be prouder.

13kg down and 7 inches lost of Jamie's waist!

My whole lifestyle is different, and I feel better in my clothes. Having dropped several shirt sizes and two jean sizes, my attitude to life in general is a happier one and I am looking forward to the next stage in this process.

Do you struggle to find time to make progress with your fitness?

    Well you should meet Sarah.

She has three children, works 13 hour shifts at the hospital and runs a business from home.

Sarah joined the last intake of the 28 day challenge and the results were mind blowing.

On top of this ridiculously busy schedule, Sarah managed to complete the home workouts, got involved in the group on Facebook and got stuck into the weekly challenges.

As a result Sarah lost a total of 13lbs in 28 days!

Yes, that is a lot of weight in a short amount of time but the challenge takes a slightly more aggressive approach to weight loss, but also teaches you skills and habits to keep it off.

    Win win for everyone.

So, are you still convinced you are too busy to make progress?

Get involved in the next 28 day challenge and see what progress you can make.

  • Steve Banes

"I’m really surprised how quickly I started seeing the results"

Steve is a busy man, working shifts with a small child at home (and another on the way!). To say that time is limited is a slight understatement. Balancing a demanding job, with family life and a pregnant wife is a fine skill he seems to have mastered (or at least tolerates). Even with these obstacles, Steve has made incredible progress in such a short space of time.

“It has taught me to eat well but I can still eat the things I like to eat”
Steve now has the tools to understand his food intake, make sensible choices whilst eating the foods he enjoys. He now understands his calorie intake, how this impacts his results and which foods will help his progress. These tools are going to be vital moving forward as he makes further progress towards his goals.

With his fitness every improving, he now has more energy to run around after his little girl and at work. The workouts were all carried out at home as I provided all the equipment that was needed. The resistance bands that were used throughout, gave Steve the ability to build/maintain muscle whilst losing as much fat as possible.

“I’m really surprised how quickly I started seeing the results by following Chris’s workouts and food suggestions. Everything I have learnt I will continue to do in my daily life now that the challenge is over.”

All of this progress was made from online personal training. No gym sessions, no 1 on 1 personal training and no restrictive diets in place. It was just hard work, home workouts and a simple but effective nutrition strategy.
