  • Jamie Gooch

13kg down and 7 inches lost of Jamie's waist!

My whole lifestyle is different, and I feel better in my clothes. Having dropped several shirt sizes and two jean sizes, my attitude to life in general is a happier one and I am looking forward to the next stage in this process.

  • Sarah Dack

I'm feeling fitter and more confident than ever before

This was by far my toughest client yet!

2 years of tantrums, tears and many headaches (and that’s just from me).

This is my wife (Sarah Dack).

I couldn’t be prouder of what Sarah has achieved over the last 2 years, and has finished off her transformation in the last 28 day challenge.

This transformation is a lot more personal than any other, as I get to see first hand the daily struggles and effort required.

Whilst the overall weight loss is brilliant, and I know it motivates her to continue working hard, I am most proud of her confidence.

Sarah would have never agreed to do this video 2 years ago, or even 6 weeks ago.

Seeing her reach her physical goals, it is amazing to see the mental impact this has on you day to day.

Sarah runs a busy business, is a Supermum to our son and has still made the effort to change her body and mindset.

It hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows over those two years, but George and I couldn’t be prouder.

  • Stuart Dack

Stuart lost over 2 stone and beat the beer belly

Stuart is a hard working dad, works away during the week and has struggled with his weight for a few years. Working away from home comes with its struggles, from eating out every evening, tempted by the pub and not being able to prepare food easily. These barrier didn’t stop Stuart as he made ridiculous progress and has genuinely changed his life for the better.

This transformation meant a little bit more to me than most, as Stuart is my brother. To see a family member go through this process and change their life is incredible. I can assure you that he got no special treatment throughout the challenge, if anything, I was stricter on him than most.

“I’ve lost 2 stone 2lb in 10 weeks. I’m fitter and healthier than I ever have been before. I’m more motivated to continue with my progress and continue to getting better shape.”

All of this progress was made from online personal training. A structured home/gym workout program and a simple but effective nutrition strategy.

  • Steph Bibby

"I would recommend online PT to anyone"

Steph has lost a total of 16 lbs over 6 months to gain her pre baby body back (try saying that after a few drinks).

A mother of two young children, a teacher and an absolute grafter.

This was achieved through a combination of online coaching and joining the 28 day challenge.

  • Sean Bray

I’m now stronger and fitter than I have ever been. I’m also convinced I’m taller too.

This has been an incredible transformation process to be involved with. The photos taken were the result of a year long process and has seen Sean drop a huge 26 lbs! The biggest transformation has been Sean's mindset and attitude towards training and nutrition.

When Sean first came along for a free personal training session, he was always honest and open. He was the first to admit that personal training "wasn't for me". A whole year later, and look at the difference. Read the full story here
