Breakfast is an important meal in the day, but not any more so than any other of the meals. It has no magical effects on metabolism or energy boosting properties, but it can set you up for a positive day if you do it right. If you don’t feel hungry or just fancy breakfast then that is also fine.
As we are all short of time, I have put together a few breakfast ideas that can you grab if you are in a hurry before work. They are all under 15 minutes but some may require additional prep work. There will be additional shopping required but once you have the ingredients you can make in bulk. If you don’t have 15 minutes in the morning, you need to get up earlier or watch 15 minutes less of Netflix the night before.
