Dan is a manager at a busy company and has two young kids at home. Spare time is a distant memory, and since those memories the waist line has taken a back seat on the priority list. It was time for Dan to take action and prioritise his health and wellbeing.

By carrying out home workouts using resistance bands, Dan was able to make the most of his time and also set a fantastic example to his kids. They were getting involved in the workouts and having fun at the same time. For most people, going to the gym is a big commitment in time and going twice a month does not justify your membership cost.

As we know, workouts are only half of the battle. Understanding your nutrition and how that effects your results is priceless.
